An artwork that was drawn to be inside of a timeloop and explore the entire lore... 

United States was trapped alongside his friend and he tried to save her before it's to late. 

A girl that fall for so many times is problably his old schoolmate that was also trapped alongside him. 

US was quick to try to save before the deadline, she was crushed for so many times. 

Then the last timeloop before he decided to save his friend from a black cat with red eyes trying to curse his old schoolmate. 

Conclusion:

United States and his friend of his where stuck together until US decided to get crushed by a truck, and then turns back to August 14th.
